Mikaela Carlen
Mikaela

Mikaela is a kambo therapist, visionary plant facilitator and Hridaya hatha yoga and meditation teacher. 2012 she had a life changing experience with the plant medicine and since then she has devoted her life to the service of others who’ve sought this transformational healing. She is learning from Sanango and has gone through and assisted numerous shamanic diets and ayahuasca ceremonies in the past five years.

Mikaela serves Sinchi Runa by holding kambo therapies, purging and purification processes as well as accompanying and supporting people through retreats and treatments. She teaches Hridaya hatha yoga and meditation, a practice that together with the plant work serves as a continuous invitation to discover the infinite potential of the heart and the essence of who we truly are.

Paige Flecher
Paige

Paige arrived to Sinchi Runa in 2016 and has gone through a year long healing process. Through her own healing and life experiences she deeply understands the human possibility of suffering and pain as well as joy and love. She aspires to aid those who come for healing in a relatable and compassionate way through serving the processes and helping with all accommodations.

Paige is a certified Hridaya hatha yoga and meditation teacher serving at Sinchi Runa through daily yoga, meditation, and pranayama.

Kameron

Kameron arrived in September 2017 for a 3-month deep immersion and experienced a life changing meeting with Sanango and the plant spirits. He is now a student at Sinchi Runa, serving the processes of others while learning and assisting the diets and ceremonies.

He has developed a deeper understanding of what it means to live from the heart and that the relationship and bond to the heart grows stronger upon every return to it. With this understanding, he seeks to assist others in their own unique process of returning to the heart.

Sanango is a Peruvian healer whose work is based in the union of Amazonian shamanism and Vedic spirituality. Over the course of 20 years, Sanango has performed thousands of Ayahuasca ceremonies to treat mental disharmony and spiritual diseases that manifest as disconnection, anxiety, addiction and depression.

Sanango is widely sought for his firm and loving awareness of the physical and emotional cleansing that must take place to fully receive the curative benefits of shamanic ceremonies. Sanango performs master plant based healing, incorporates Eastern consciousness arts and realignment with the earth to move one into a present encounter with ones inner universe and the ceaseless love of the divine.

Daru Krishna is a Vedic teacher and close friend of Sanango who honors Sinchi Runa through sharing his Vedic knowledge and Vedic ceremonies as well as holding initial Vedic astrology readings with each participant prior to arrival.

Daru Krishna has studied and practiced Bhakti Yoga, Ayurveda and Jyotish since 1976, and trained dozens of students in these Vedic disciplines. He has systematically studied the Vedic sciences in India learning from prominent scholars. In the last twenty-eight years he has accumulated vast experience in reading astrological charts and he also teaches seminars and private Vedic astrology classes in Latin America and the United States.

Daru Krishna is also the founder and director of the Institute Vedika, an organization based in Lima, Peru, dedicated to spreading awareness of the Vedas and offering a variety of services in the area of health and wellness. In April 2013 he published “The Science of Karma – Jyotish – Vedic Sidereal Astrology,” a complete book about Vedic astrology.
